Walking Group

Now meeting on a regular basis at 10.00 on the 2nd Monday of each month at various venues. Usually about a 4 mile walk over local countryside which may involve a short car drive to an assembly point.

Next Walk -  12th October 2026

Walk starts at 10am from outside The Rose and Crown pub Charlton ( OX17 3DP ) 50% chance of rain at this moment. A circular walk of 51/2 miles a little road, but mostly track/footpath a couple of stiles and 2 reasonably steep uphill sections, but not too bad. Conditions were good. Bring refreshments for a short stop suitable equipment and water
