Chair-based yoga is still yoga and offers the same benefits as regular mat-based yoga but with no need to get on a mat. Anyone can do chair-based yoga. The benefits include better sleep, improved breathing, increased mobility, flexibility, posture and pain management, to name but a few.
Barb has been teaching yoga for over 15 years and provides a fun, welcoming class for both men and women. Come along and give it a try from absolute beginners to those who've experienced yoga before. The only thing you need to bring (apart from £3 to cover the cost of the hire of the hall), is an open mind. Wear comfy clothes.
